Coeval Douro Chlorhexidine PS shampoo with Climbazole is formulated with special moisturizing ingredients to help protect the pet’s skin and coat while treating dermatological conditions. Produces gently foaming lather. New formulation + Climbazole properties Chlorhexidine has a strong bactericidal and bacteriostatic activity on the gram positive and gram negative bacteria. Climbazole is an imidazole compound active on most pathogenic fungi and yeasts (Malassezia pachydermatous). phytosphingosine S salicyloyl is a modified proceramide which possesses anti-inflammatory and seborrheic properties. It helps control the cutaneous disorders associated with pyoderma. Both the and antifungal activities of the lipoaminoacid complement those of Chlorhexidine. The lip acid also acts as a moisturizing and restructuring agent by allowing a lipoprotein film to deposit on the skin. This long-lasting film resists rinsing, and thus protects the skin from irritations and loss of moisture. The formula of Douro Chlorhexidine is suitable for frequent use. Directions – External use. Wet the coat with warm water. Apply, massage and leave foam for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing. Avoid the eyes. Repeat if necessary. One pump for 2 kg, double the application rate for animals with long and/or thick fur.Use every 3 days. For maintenance, can be used only once a week
